first step. choosing the agency. i think we have found the one. but , for now i still do my research. my goal was to
 not be too picky but to find one that 'fit' our personalities. one that responded to my initial emails and newbie questions.
one that offered more information than i asked for. so for now, that is my update.
once we get that application submitted we will officially be on our way! our goal is still looking good for the first of march.
