timeline beginning:
2010
* 8/2, sent gladney our prelim paperwork.

* 8/27, email rec from g.;

-we are approved to apply to their Ethiopia program.

*9/5, finishing up projects;

*10/11, gladney phone orientation completed.

- assigned initial agency SW.

2011

*3/15, submitting our G application request form and second agency fee.

4/2011 -Ethiopia changed their entire adoption program and it came to a crawl!!! We are waiting for another program. Will announce our new adoption plan in 2012.
