oh how i dislike it BUT this one is a positive and by choice.
we are looking at two other placing agencies and taking the original one off our 'yes' list . there were just too many red flags regarding basic aspects that SHOULD already exist within the agency; like a adequately staffed team, ease of communication and commitment. with our focus now to complete that app. soon this change in placing agency/app. proves to be positive.
